Is this scam? Will I actually receive the gear I order?

This is not a scam. We are an official reseller of Global Anabolic injectable and oral steroids. Global Anabolic is a highly reputed company that has been in operation since 2006. At MyGearGuru, we pride ourselves on customer service and ensuring that our customers get exactly what they pay for – authentic, quality steroids at competitive prices.

Do I need a prescription to buy from MyGearGuru?

No prescription is required to purchase from MyGearGuru although we do recommend that you investigate the legality of possessing our products in your country without a prescription.

In our experience and anecdotally, the worst that will happen is that your order is stopped by your country’s customs agency and you may be sent a letter to provide evidence that you have a prescription. However, as we take great care in packaging orders and removing all reference to the contents, the chances of your order being stopped are slim.

An exception is if you are purchasing very large quantities for supply to others. If this is the case, we ask that you contact us to discuss distribution opportunities. Alternatively, if we deem your order to be too large for one shipment, we may split the order into several packages at our discretion and at no extra cost to you.

Where do you ship?

We do ship worldwide except for Australia and New Zealand. Please note that your country may have tighter customs controls therefore delivery may be less certain. However, we do have a reshipping policy if your order is not received (see below).

Do you have a minimum order amount? What are your shipping charges?

We have no minimum order amount. Shipping is a flat rate fee to all countries of  20USD for Registered Air Mail or 50USD for EMS. Orders over 500USD qualify for free shipping by Registered Air Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your payment has been received your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. For most countries, the average transit time is 7-14 days once shipped.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by MoneyGram (although we can accept Western Union if there are no MoneyGram outlets near you) and Bitcoin (a 10% discount will be applied at checkout). For a description of how to buy Bitcoin and how the process works, click here.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders will be discreetly packaged with no reference to the contents both on the package and on the customs declaration. Your email address will also not be on or inside the package.

Will I need to pay duty for my order?

We declare the value of your order at a rate that will avoid attracting duties.

Do I need to provide my real name for the shipping address?

No, you do not need to provide your real name if you wish to use another.

What type of mail do you use? Can I ship to a Post Office box?

You can choose to have your order shipped using either Registered Air Mail or EMS sent from Hong Kong, a tracking number will be provided to you by email upon dispatch. We can ship to post office boxes.

I have made an order but why have I not received a confirmation order or shipping notification?

It is possible that our emails are being blocked by your SPAM filters. Please check your SPAM or junk folders for emails from [email protected] If they are being blocked, you will need to add them to an allowed/safe senders list in your email application or website, for future receipt.

If you cannot see email from [email protected] in your SPAM or junk folder, please email us again at [email protected] with your order number and an alternate email address that we can use in the future.

My order has been stopped by my country’s customs agency. What is your reshipping policy?

If your order is seized by your country’s customs agency, we will reship your entire order at a no cost, to another address that you provide. To qualify for this, you will need to email us with a copy of a letter from your customs agency.
